Lucidra is intended for informational, educational, and wellness-oriented use only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice.

No guaranteed outcomes

Lucid dreaming practice varies from person to person. Lucidra may provide training guidance, routines, journaling tools, and AI-assisted coaching, but we do not guarantee specific dream outcomes, lucid dreams, sleep improvements, or results by any particular date.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription such as Lucid Pro. Prices, trial terms, renewal details, and included features are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Restore Purchases can be used in the app to restore access for an active purchase.

What ReadyBinder is

ReadyBinder is an organizational and educational tool that helps parents prepare for, take notes during, and follow up on Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. It uses AI to read IEP documents you import and to generate plain-English briefs, suggested questions, change summaries, debriefs, follow-up email drafts, and assistant chat responses.

ReadyBinder is not a school, district, or government service. We do not act on behalf of any school or district and do not share your information with them.

Not legal advice

ReadyBinder helps you organize, prepare, and follow up. Nothing in the app constitutes legal advice. AI-generated content is a starting point you should review before relying on it. Procedural protections, evaluation timelines, and parent rights under IDEA and state law vary by jurisdiction and over time. For legal advice or representation, consult a qualified special-education attorney or advocate in your state.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be 18 or older and a parent or legal guardian to use ReadyBinder.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Do not share login credentials; adults maintaining separate binders should create separate accounts.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Bypass or attempt to bypass usage limits, subscription requirements, or security controls
• Use the app or its AI features to harass, defame, or threaten another person
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit
• Use the app to provide legal advice to third parties

AI features and accuracy

ReadyBinder uses AI to read IEP documents and generate parent-facing content. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information. Always verify important details — services, minutes, frequency, dates, eligibility decisions — against the source IEP document and with your child's IEP team before acting on them. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Subscriptions and payments

• ReadyBinder offers a free tier (one child, one binder) and ReadyBinder Pro, which unlocks unlimited children, binders, and full AI workflow.
• Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google through your App Store or Play Store account.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel at any time from your App Store or Play Store subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are processed by Apple or Google per their refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly.
• Pricing and plan structure may change. We will give reasonable notice before changes affect existing subscribers.

Your content

You retain ownership of the IEP documents you import and the notes, questions, debriefs, and email drafts you create in the app. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display your content to operate the app for you — including sending document content to AI services for extraction and generation, and syncing your binder across your devices. We do not sell your content and do not use your IEP documents or AI prompts to train general AI models.

Account termination

• You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete Account, which removes your binder content from active systems.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, including AI feature abuse, paywall bypass attempts, or activity that endangers the service.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED OUTPUT. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RIVERLIGHT LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Social gameplay and safety

Plot Twist is intended for voluntary, lighthearted social play with people you know. You are responsible for using good judgment, respecting others, and skipping any prompt or interaction that would be unsafe, unwelcome, disruptive, harassing, unlawful, or inappropriate for your setting.

Do not use Plot Twist to bully, shame, deceive in harmful ways, invade privacy, record people without permission, or pressure anyone to participate.

Purchases

Plot Twist may offer one-time bit pack purchases through Apple's App Store. Prices and included content are shown before purchase. If a purchased pack does not appear, use Restore Purchases in the app. Refund requests and billing issues are handled through Apple.
