For any app — bug reports, billing questions, feature ideas, privacy requests, or anything else. We usually respond within 2–3 business days. Include your app name and iOS version when reporting a problem.

Purchase not showing up?

All purchases go through Apple. Look for a Restore Purchases option on the subscription or store screen inside the app.

Subscriptions and refunds are managed through your Apple ID at Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. If something still looks wrong, email us.

Can't sign in or lost access?

Email us with the account details you used — email address or phone number — and we'll look into it.

For Plot Twist, include the name of your Circle if you're having trouble with group access.

Questions about your data?

To request deletion of your account or data, just email us and we'll handle it promptly.

Found a bug or have an idea?

Email with your app name, iOS version, and what happened. Screenshots or screen recordings help a lot. Feature suggestions are always welcome — we read everything.
