Journal and AI coaching

Lucidra may store dream journal content, dream signs, training history, settings, and progress data on your device and, when app services require it, through our backend services. If you use AI coaching, the message you send and relevant app context may be processed to generate a response.

We recommend avoiding sensitive personal, medical, financial, or identifying information in dream journal entries or AI coach messages.

Information we collect

• Account information at sign-up (display name, email address)
• Authentication identifiers from Apple, Google, or email sign-in
• Child profile fields you choose to enter (nickname, grade, primary needs, state)
• IEP documents you import (camera scans, PDFs, image uploads) and the text extracted from them
• Meeting context you enter (school name, meeting type, date)
• Parent-authored content: prep notes, meeting notes, question outcomes, debrief notes, follow-up email drafts

Information we do not collect

• No microphone audio. Meeting Agent tracks notes and question outcomes only. Live transcription is a planned future feature and will require explicit consent.
• No precise location data.
• No contact list, calendar, or photo-library scanning. The app only reads photos or files you specifically pick.
• No advertising identifiers. ReadyBinder does not run ads or share data with ad networks.

IEP documents and AI processing

When you import an IEP document, ReadyBinder sends the content to an AI service operated by Google to extract readable text and generate the parent-facing brief, suggested questions, change summary, debrief, follow-up email draft, and assistant chat responses. The AI service processes content to fulfill your request and does not use it to train general AI models, per the Firebase AI Logic integration terms.

IEP document text, AI-generated content, and your binder edits are stored in our backend (Firebase) and tied to your account. We recommend avoiding information you would not want stored with a U.S.-based cloud provider.

Children's data

ReadyBinder is intended for use by a parent or legal guardian. You enter information about your child on their behalf. ReadyBinder is not directed at children under 13 as end-users, and we do not knowingly create accounts for children.

Child profile information and imported IEP documents are stored under your parent account and accessible only to you and to authorized service providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell child information and do not share it with the child's school, district, or anyone else unless you choose to share an export yourself.

In-app data controls

• Edit or remove child profiles from Settings → Children
• Export your binder content from Account → Data Controls
• Delete your entire account and associated data from Account → Delete Account

When you delete your account, your binder content is removed from active systems; copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before being overwritten.

Gameplay and social data

Plot Twist stores the information needed to run private Circles, assign daily bits, resolve accusations, reveal results, track scores, restore purchased bit packs, and deliver notifications you enable. The app does not use the microphone to listen to real-world play and does not record audio or video for gameplay detection.

Profile details you choose to provide — display name, avatar, Circle membership, and gameplay activity — are stored to operate the social features.

Avatar moderation

If you choose a custom profile photo, the image may be checked for basic safety moderation before being saved as your avatar. Rejected images are not stored as profile avatars.
